
Ingredients
Dried cordyceps flowers ( 10g ) | Hen ( half ) |
Ginger ( 5g ) | Cooking wine ( 20g ) |
Salt ( 5 grams ) | Water ( 1000 grams ) |
Warm water ( 200 grams ) |

1.Put the dried cordyceps flowers into warm water and soak them

2.Soak the Cordyceps Flowers, clean them, drain them and set aside

3.Wash the hens clean , cut into pieces

4.Add 500 grams of water to the pot

5.Add chicken nuggets, 2 grams of ginger, and 10 grams of cooking wine
6. Cook over high heat, skim off the foam, and blanch the chicken until it changes color-

7. Take out the blanched chicken and wash it again

8.Add 500 grams of water to the pot, add 3 grams of ginger, 10 grams of cooking wine, and bring to a boil

9.After boiling, cover the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for 40 minutes

10.When time is up, sprinkle in salt

11.Put in Cordyceps flowers

12. Stir evenly with a shovel and bring to a boil

13.After boiling, turn down the heat and simmer for 3 minutes

14.When the time is up, it is ready to serve
