Ingredients
Pork ribs ( 500g ) | Taro ( 450g ) |
Baby cabbage (2 plants) | Shredded green onion (4 sections ) |
Ginger ( piece ) | Peanut oil ( 2 tablespoons ) |

Sesame oil ( 1 teaspoon ) | Cooking wine ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Clean water ( 800ml ) | |

Recipe of pork ribs, taro and baby vegetable soup

1.All ingredients are as shown in the picture

2.Put the ginger slices into the ribs, pour in cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes

4.Pour in the marinated ribs and bring to a boil

5. Take out the blanched ribs and put them into clean water to wash away the blood foam

Tips
