How to make seafood pimple soup

1.First of all, do the preliminary preparations:

Tips
1.Add water little by little to the gnocchi and slowly roll it into small pieces.What level of water is it? It's a trickle! Because I don't like noodles, so I have very little experience in making noodles.This was also taught by others, and it is very useful for a novice like me.Less water is easier to control, novices remember this!
2.Be sure to stir the gnocchi when it is put into the pot, especially when the amount is large.If you don’t stir, it will easily turn into lumps.
3.I have Yang deficiency constitution, so after blanching the seafood, I fried it with shredded ginger in oil to reduce the coldness of the seafood.If you have yin deficiency or are physically strong, you can skip this step and just add a little shredded ginger to the soup to enhance the flavor.
