Ingredients

How to make winter melon and mutton soup

1. Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into small pieces or slices.

2. Slice the ginger and cut the shallot into sections.

3.Add appropriate amount of cold water to the electric stew pot and add winter melon.sliced ginger.

4. Set the soup time for one hour.Start cooking.

5. Use the time it takes to cook the winter melon to process the mutton.
Rinse the mutton with water.Soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes to soak the bleeding water.
6. Blanch mutton in cold water.Just cut the mutton raw.

7. Remove the scum, drain and set aside.
