Spinach ( 3 plants ) | Soil Eggs ( one ) |
Four ( one soup Spoon ) | Chives ( One ) |
Sesame oil (appropriate amount) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make spinach and egg drop soup

1.After removing the roots and washing the spinach, put it into boiling water and cook for one minute

2. Pour into cold water, squeeze out the water, and chop into pieces

3. Wash and cut the chives Break into pieces, add salt, thirteen spices and sesame oil to marinate

4.Take another bowl , add a tablespoon of flour

5.Add the same amount of water to the flour and stir evenly

Spinach contains oxalic acid, so be sure to use boiled water Cook only after boiling.
