Angelica Astragalus Chicken Soup Recipe

1.Choose the best local chicken, Wash and chop into pieces.(If your chicken is bought from outside, blanch it.My chicken is raised at home, so this step is omitted)

2.Wash the angelica root, astragalus root and ginger and set aside.

3.Rinse red dates and wolfberry and set aside.

4.Put enough water into the rice cooker, add the angelica root, astragalus root, and ginger slices together.

5.Pour in the chopped chicken pieces.

6.Plug in the rice cooker and press the button to make soup.

7. When cooking reaches the last ten minutes, add red dates, wolfberry, and green onion and cook together.After cooking, just add appropriate amount of salt.

Tips
The red dates and wolfberries must be added later, otherwise they will cook if they are added too early.
It is not advisable to enlarge the amount of Angelica sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus, otherwise the medicinal taste will be too strong and it will not taste good.
