How to make three fresh soup

1. Remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into small pieces.

2. Wash the enoki mushrooms and seafood mushrooms.

3. Remove the roots of watercress, wash and cut into two sections.

4. Cut the celery into sections and shred the meat.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, add the shredded pork and stir-fry.

6.Pour in the onions, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, add the mushrooms and stir-fry

Tips
I added a dried chili pepper, which is a little spicy, and finally rice vinegar, which is sour and spicy.
