How to make oyster mushroom meat soup

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Wash the lean meat, tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces and wash them in advance, wash the ginger and green onions.

2. Cut the ginger into shreds and green onions.

3. Slice lean meat.

4. Add a little cooking wine and salt, half a tablespoon of cornstarch to the meat slices, and mix well.

Tips
