Ingredients
Lamb bone meat ( One and a half pounds ) | Yam ( piece ) |
Cilantro ( A few ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Wolfberry ( A few grains ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper (appropriate amount) |
How to make mutton soup

1.Soak mutton for two hours to soak in bleeding water

2.Bring the water to a boil, add the mutton and cook for one and a half minutes.

3.Get the ginger ready

4.Pour a little oil into the pot and saute the ginger until fragrant
