How to make papaya and crucian carp soup

1.Choose a local papaya that is ripe on the tree.

2. Wash and peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut into hob cubes for later use.

3. Pour oil into the pot and heat it until it is 60% hot.Add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
