Ingredients
Tomato ( 2 ) | Pork liver ( 80g ) |
| Ginger ( 1 small piece ) | Salt ( Appropriate amount ) |

How to make tomato and pork liver soup

1.Prepare and wash the ingredients (as shown below)

2.Cut fresh pork liver into thin slices and soak in water for half an hour, then drain and set aside (change the water two to three times during this period)
3. Cut the tomatoes into shallow cross-sections, mince the ginger, and cut the green onions into small pieces

4. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the tomatoes and blanch them for one minute (the skin will start to peel off, then blanch all sides before peeling)

5. Add cooking wine, salt, and pepper to the pork liver and stir evenly.Remove the skin from the blanched tomatoes

7. Stir-fry tomatoes in a hot pan with cold oil to produce red oil

8.Add appropriate amount of water (about 600 ml)

Tips
