How to make Barley, Winter Melon and Pork Ribs Soup

1.Half a catty of ribs, washed and set aside.

2. Boil a pot of water and set aside.

3.A piece of winter melon and set aside.

4.A bag of barley is reserved.

5. Slice ginger and green onion and set aside.

6.Put the ribs into a pot of boiling water, add ginger and green onion.

7.Add barley and pork ribs to the electric cooker and set the timer for 2 hours.

Tips

2.When making soup, add water in the middle.Be sure to add boiling water.
