crucian carp How to make crucian carp head tofu soup

1.Fresh crucian carp head Wash with blood-free water and marinate with cooking wine for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

2.Cut a few slices of fresh ginger, white scallions into sections, and tie the scallion leaves into knots.

3. Pour a small amount of oil into the hot pan.When the oil is hot, fry the fish head for 30 seconds on each side.Second.

4.Add green onions and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of boiling water into the pot to cover the fish head.(I use a flat pot, so the water does not cover the fish head.) Add green onions and cooking wine and simmer for ten minutes.

Tips
1.The fish soup is very fresh, no need to add chicken essence and MSG.
2.Fish is a cold food, so it is recommended to add more ginger.
