How to make enoki mushroom and bamboo fungus soup

1. Prepare ingredients: bamboo fungus, lettuce, enoki mushrooms.

2. Rinse the bamboo fungus and set aside.

3. Remove the tails of the enoki mushrooms, clean them and set aside.

4. Wash the lettuce.

5. Prepare shallots and garlic.

6.Cut the green onions into finely chopped pieces.

7. Mince the garlic.
