Shiitake mushroom tofu How to make soup

1.Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Dice mushrooms and tomatoes.

3.The green cabbage leaves are also chopped.

4.Put salad oil in the pot, add diced mushrooms and stir-fry.

5. Then add water and tofu and cook for three to four minutes.

6. Then add tomatoes and cook for one minute.

7.Finally add the chopped green vegetables, add a little salt and chicken essence to taste, drizzle with sesame oil and serve pot.

Tips
It tastes better if the green cabbage leaves are replaced with coriander.Because some people in my family don’t like coriander, I added green cabbage leaves as a garnish.
