Pork Ribs ( 500g ) | Dried shiitake mushrooms ( 8 ) |
Corn ( 1 root ) | Ginger ( Three slices span> ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |

How to make corn, mushrooms and pork ribs soup

1. Spare ribs Put it in a pot and blanch it, remove the blood and wash it thoroughly

2.Soak dried mushrooms for 20 minutes , wash clean

3. Chop the mushrooms, ginger and a small amount of carrots into thin pieces

4.Put the ribs into the soup pot together, add water to cover the ingredients

5.Bake soup for two hours
