How to make crucian carp and tofu soup

1. Remove scales, guts and wash two pieces of crucian carp.

2. Wash and cut onion and ginger and set aside.

3.Cut tofu into cubes

4. Marinate the ginger and cooking wine for fifteen minutes to remove the smell.

5. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, heat it up and fry the crucian carp.

6. Fry one side and stir-fry the onions and ginger until fragrant.

7.Add appropriate amount of boiling water to the pot.

Tips
Marinate the cooking wine and ginger slices to remove the fishy smell.Do not turn the fish too frequently when frying.Stew the fish in hot water and do not add water in the middle.If you like cilantro, add some cilantro.
