Sea cucumber ( 1 ) | Liquor grains (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( a little ) | Soy sauce ( a little ) |

How to make sea cucumber with distiller’s grains

1.Wash the sea cucumber with clean water, pour the lees into a large bowl and set aside.

2.Cover with a piece of silk cloth, roll the sea cucumber into the silk cloth and soak it in the lees.

3. Pour the lees into the sea cucumber wrapped in silk cloth, and seal it in a small bowl.

4. Take out the sea cucumber and put it into a small cup, add chili, ginger, distiller's grains, soy sauce and salt.

5.Put it into water to steam and wait for the soup to be cooked.
