Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms ( 100g ) | Tomatoes ( 2 pieces ) |
Scallions ( One ) | Garlic ( Two cloves ) |
Salt ( 0.05g ) | Oil ( 0.2 grams ) |
How to make tomato and enoki mushroom soup

1.Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms

2.Break into small handfuls

3. Cut tomatoes into small pieces,

4.Pour a little oil into the wok, stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant,

5.Pour the tomatoes into the pot, turn to high heat and stir-fry the soup,

6.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil,

7.Just add some salt, leave out the soy sauce,

Tips
Don't cook the enoki mushrooms for too long, otherwise they will be chewy and not crispy.
