Crucian carp ( 2 ) | Tofu ( a small piece ) |

How to make crucian carp tofu soup

1. Prepare two crucian carps and wash them;

2. Make three cuts on each side of the fish, pour in cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes (cooking wine can remove the fishy smell);

3.Put oil in the pot and fry the fish until golden brown on both sides (before putting the fish in the pot) Apply some starch to prevent sticking to the pan)

4.After the fish is fried, take it out and put it in Stir-fry the onions, ginger and garlic (fry a little to bring out the flavor), add an appropriate amount of water;

5.Put the crucian carp into the pot, add the seasoning bag (pepper, aniseed, bay leaves), green onion and green onion;

Tips
