How to make Steamed Egg with Shopee

1.Prepare fresh eggs and dried shrimps.

2. Put the eggs and dried shrimps together in a bowl, add a little salt and pepper to break up.

3.Add 3 times warm boiling water and stir evenly, skim off the white foam and cover with plastic wrap.

Tips
The beaten egg liquid can be filtered first to remove the foam before adding the dried shrimps.Be sure to add warm water and mix thoroughly so that the custard will be tender.There was no seafood sauce in the end, just adding some light soy sauce would be the same.Forgot to put some wolfberry, steaming together will make it look better and more nutritious!
