How to make Fish Maw and Yuzhu Pork Ribs Soup

1.Soak fish maw and Polygonatum odoratum for 8 hours in advance.

2. Wash the ribs and soak them in cold water to remove blood.

3. Pour water, pork ribs, onion and ginger into the pot and bring to a boil, then remove the blood foam.

4. Remove the ribs and rinse them (this will make the soup clearer, But the taste will become lighter.I personally like it lighter.If I don’t like it, I can skim off the blood foam and add the auxiliary ingredients directly.); Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry green onion and ginger until fragrant.

5.Add water and pork ribs.

6.Put in the auxiliary ingredients and 1 spoon of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

7. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour, add salt and remove.
