Purple radish ( 200g ) | Wolfberry ( 10g ) |

How to make Alpine Purple Radish Pork Ribs and New Zealand Fish Maw Soup

1. Soak the fish maw in advance and cut it into small pieces for later use;

2.Wash and peel the ginger, slice it and set aside;
