Potatoes: harmonize the stomach
Ingredients
Potatoes ( 400g ) | Milk ( 500g ) |
Clear water ( 15g ) | Bacon ( 2 roots ) |
Chopped onion ( 50g ) | Jade Royal oil flavored peanut oil ( 30g ) |
Black pepper ( 0.5g ) | Salt ( 4g ) |
How to make potato soup

1.Put chopped bacon in the pan and fry over low heat until crispy.

2. Cut potatoes into cubes, pour water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave Heat on high heat for 10 minutes until chopsticks can penetrate easily.
Tips: If you don’t have a microwave, you can use steaming.After the water is boiled, steam over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
