Ingredients
Enoki mushroom ( 250g ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Tomato ( 1 piece ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chopped green onion ( 15g ) |
Chicken powder ( appropriate amount ) | Shredded ginger ( 10g ) |
How to make enoki mushroom tomato soup

1. Cut the enoki mushrooms into segments of appropriate length , cut tomatoes into cubes.

2.Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.

3. Add an appropriate amount of salt to the eggs, and then mix thoroughly.

4. Cut green onion into small sections and set aside.

5. Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

6. Add an appropriate amount of peanut oil to the pot, then wait until the pot is heated to 70%, and pour in the shredded ginger.Stir-fry the tomatoes and tomatoes for 5 minutes.
