Pumpkin ( 200g ) | Kelp ( 100g ) |
Small shrimp ( 50g ) | Oil ( 10 grams ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Onions ( 5 grams ) |
How to make pumpkin kelp soup

1.Main ingredients: cut pumpkin into cubes and green onions into sections.

2.Put oil into the pot.

3. After the oil is hot, turn off the heat and add the shrimps and stir-fry for a while.

4. Add onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.Pour in a bowl of water.

6. Pour the soup into a casserole, add pumpkin, kelp and salt.

7. Skim off the foam after the fire is boiled.

8. Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Tips
Not done well, just for reference.Pumpkin is sweet, so add less salt.
