How to make milk tofu soup

1. Prepare ingredients: Cut tofu into 1mm thick pieces Cut the garlic into long thin slices; slice the garlic into thin slices; cut the shallot into chopped green onions.

2. Add 50g rapeseed oil to the pot, heat to about 70℃ over medium heat, cut into pieces Fry the good garlic slices until they are slightly brown, then pour a tablespoon of flour into the pot and stir quickly to mix the flour and oil evenly until the flour turns slightly yellow.

3.Add an appropriate amount of boiling water, stir with a spoon to thoroughly mix the fried flour and water., bring the soup to a boil over high heat, add the cut tofu slices, add appropriate salt and chicken essence, add the prepared pure milk into the soup, then turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion.Add black sesame seeds and serve.
Tips
The tofu slices should not be cut too thick, otherwise they will easily sink to the bottom of the pot when placed in the soup; when frying the batter, the ratio of oil to flour should be 2:1; the oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise the flour will easily burn.
