Shiitake mushrooms: dispel wind
Ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms (20g) | Lean meat (60g span> ) |
Ginger slices ( 1 slice ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make lean mushroom soup

1.Soak the mushrooms two hours in advance
