How to make milk soup

1. Someone kindly gave me flat papaya, and I guess I want to eat it for a month p>

2. Kill the lively crucian carp immediately before cooking.Today’s crucian carp is all chubby., with lots of fish roe.No fish scales

3. Add a little cooking oil to the pot and heat it.It can be fried whole or cut into pieces. It doesn't need us to help it turn over.It can turn over by itself.Believe it or not, it can still move after being put into the pot.

4.Peel the papaya, remove the white inside, cut it into the shape you like, put it in the stew pot with the fish, and add boiling water
-

5.Do not add anything else during the whole process, so that the soup will be milky white.Add some salt when ready to eat.

6. If you want to eat fish, shovel off the scales entirely.
Tips
The papaya must be green. You can't wait until the soup is ready before adding papaya, otherwise the soup will become clear
