Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( 500g ) | Corn ( 2 ) |
Red pepper ( 1 ) | Oil ( 15g ) |
Salt ( Two spoons ) | Cooking wine ( 8g ) |
Garlic ( 5 grams ) | Onions ( 5 grams ) |
Ginger ( 5 grams ) | Geranium leaves ( 2 pieces ) |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( 5g ) | Chicken Essence ( 5g ) |
How to make pork ribs and corn soup
1. Wash the onion, ginger and garlic, cut half of the onion into foam and tie half into a knot.Cut the ginger into slices and crush the garlic.
2.Put water in the pot, add the ribs, ginger slices (leave half), green onions and cooking wine.

3. When blanching the ribs, cut the corn into small sections, core the red pepper and cut it into small pieces..

4. Blanch the ribs until they turn white, remove and rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.Discard the cooked ginger and green onions.

5.Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot.Turn on high heat.

6. After the oil is hot, add the pork ribs, add bay leaves, garlic, pepper and ginger slices and stir-fry fragrant.

7. After frying until fragrant, add water to cover the ribs.

8. Add corn and salt.

9. Add the red pepper and cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 30 seconds minutes or more.

10. Cook for about 30 minutes, open the lid, add some chicken essence, stir evenly and take it out of the pot

11. Just sprinkle some chopped green onion outside.
Tips
