2.Cut the tofu into small pieces, blanch it in water, remove and set aside

3.Cut the lean meat into cubes, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and starch, and mix well

4.Cut the tomatoes into dices, cut the ginger into mince, and cut the shallots into chopped green onions
