Recipe of Shopee Spinach and Egg Soup

1.Pick and wash the spinach

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add spinach, blanch for one minute, drain into cold water, drain and set aside

4.Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir well

5. Heat oil in a pot, add onions, ginger, and dried shrimps, stir-fry over low heat until the dried shrimps change color slightly
