Ingredients
Perch (One weighs about a pound) | Tofu (piece ) |
Tomato ( A small one ) | Green onions (approximately 8 to 10 slices ) |
Scallions ( 一一 ) | Ginger (approximately 8 to 10 pieces) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Recipe for braised seabass and tofu soup

1.Wash the fish, cut into pieces and set aside

2. Combine tofu and Prepare other auxiliary ingredients

3.Dice tomatoes

4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and green onion, sauté until fragrant, then add fish

5. Fry the fish over medium-low heat until slightly charred on both sides

6.Add water and two green onions, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 6 minutes
