Pork Ribs ( 300g ) | Kelp ( 200g ) |
| Ginger ( a piece ) | Green onion ( a piece ) |

How to make kelp and pork ribs soup

1.Get the ingredients ready.

2. Chop the ribs into pieces and blanch them until they turn white.

3. Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections.

4. Pour water into the pot, add the ribs, onion, ginger, two peppercorns and salt.Pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine and bring to a boil.

5. After boiling, skim off the floating oil, simmer for half an hour and pick out the green onions.

6.Add the cut kelp and simmer for another half hour.

7.Add a handful of wolfberries and simmer for another three to four minutes.

8.The delicious kelp and pork ribs soup is ready to drink.
