Recipe of Braised Pork Ribs with Gorgon Fruit and Taro

2.Put the soaked ingredients into a stew pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes;

3. Chop the ribs into small pieces, take another small pot and boil water;

4.Add the ribs and garlic cloves to the stew pot and continue to simmer for 20 minutes;

5.Cut taro and carrot into small pieces respectively;

1. Wash the gorgon seeds, barley and lily and soak them for more than one hour;
Tips
1.Gorgon seeds and barley are not easy to cook and must be soaked in advance;
2.After adding the taro and carrots, switch to medium and small heat and do not need to cook them too much;
