Ingredients
Eggs ( 1 ) | Fragrant spring buds and leaves ( 2 pieces ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Yipinxian ( a little ) |
Sesame oil ( a little ) | White vinegar ( a little ) |
How to make egg custard

1.Crack an egg into a bowl.

2.Use chopsticks to break up.

3.Put in 2 times the water of the egg.

4.Put in an appropriate amount of salt and two drops of white vinegar.

5. Seal the mouth of the bowl with plastic wrap and wrap it well.
