Eggplant ( 2 roots ) | Noodles ( 240g ) |

Salt ( 4g ) | Sugar ( 7g ) |

How to cook eggplant and minced meat braised noodles

1. Bring water to a boil and stir with chopsticks.

2. Boil, remove the noodles, and add cold water.

3. Cut the eggplant into strips or pieces.Dice onion, millet and pepper, mince garlic

4. Heat oil, add green onions, and put Stir-fry minced meat.
