Ingredients
Tapioca flour ( appropriate amount ) | Brown sugar ( Five ) |
Water ( A little ) | Black tea ( a pack ) |
Milk ( appropriate amount ) | Granulated sugar/rock sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pearl milk tea

1.Add water into the pot and add brown sugar

2. Boil water and stir

3.Filtering (my brown sugar contains red dates and roses, so I have to filter it)

4. Boil the filtered brown sugar again

5.Add an appropriate amount of tapioca flour to the bowl

6.Pour in the boiled brown sugar water Pour into tapioca flour

7.Synthetic dough

8.Shape the dough into a long strip

9.Cut into small pieces and make them as round as possible

10.Sprinkle a little tapioca flour

11. Coat the kneaded pearls with a thin layer of tapioca flour (I am lazy and did not knead them so round )

13. Boil the pearls in water, cook for a while (not too cooked), let them all float and cook for about three minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
