Egg ( One ) | Single crystal rock sugar ( 3 capsules ) |
Boiling water ( 300ml ) | Sesame oil ( a little ) |
How to make egg tea

1. Boil a pot of water (not from a water dispenser), one egg, and a container for egg tea, preferably porcelain, single Crystal rock sugar, sesame oil (I don’t have sesame oil at home, so I used sesame oil instead)

2. Boil the container Blanch the eggs in water, smash the eggs into a bowl, add a few drops of sesame oil, and stir clockwise with chopsticks until there are no lumps and the egg liquid is fine
