How to make homemade taro ball (pearl) milk tea

1. Make tea with 5/4 of the volume of milk. You don’t need too much tea.The longer you soak, the darker the color will be.

2. Boil the taro balls (pearls) in boiling water and fish them out , run it through cold water to prevent adhesion.

3. Bring the milk to a low heat and turn off the heat when it starts to bubble..Pour all the brewed tea into it.Add appropriate amount of condensed milk for seasoning to increase the milky taste.

4.The key step is to pull milk tea.Milk tea becomes smoother as you pull it, so you might as well pull it in a few more times if you have time. What is lamination? It actually means pouring milk tea back and forth between two containers. The higher you hold it, the better the effect.

5.Pour the drawn milk tea into the cup.

6.Cooked taro balls (pearls, sago, etc.) Also put it into a cup, and the milk tea is ready.
