Ingredients
Turtle paste powder ( 10g ) | Passion fruit ( two ) |
Honey ( 10g ) | Water ( 230g ) |
How to make passion fruit turtle paste

1.Put 30 grams of water into the Guiling paste powder and stir until there are no particles.

2. Add 200 grams of water, mix well and set aside.

3. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then simmer for another minute or two and then turn off the heat.

4.Pour the liquid into a bowl and filter out bubbles and particles.

5.Cover the lid and place it in the refrigerator for more than an hour.

6.Take out the passion fruit, cut off the head of the passion fruit and set aside.

7. Use a spoon to scoop out the passion fruit pulp and place it on top of the turtle paste.

8.Add honey and stir evenly.

9.Finally, garnish with mint leaves.

10.Really delicious, sweet and sour.
Tips
