How to make simple homemade milk tea for fools

1. Make black tea.Put three black tea bags in the cup, pour hot water just enough to slightly cover the tea bags, not too much.(If you like stronger milk tea, you can skip this step and add black tea bags directly in the fourth step.)

2.Boil the sugar base.Put 10 grams of brown sugar and 45 grams of water in the pot and bring to a boil over low heat until the sugar melts (you can add more sugar if you like it sweet, but don’t add too much water)

3.Pour the milk. After the sugar has melted, stir well, pour in 450g of milk, and cook over low heat until there is a layer of milk skin.(You can stir a little here to mix the sugar and milk)

4.Put the tea bag.Put the tea and black tea bag prepared in the first step (be careful not to damage the tea bag!!) into the pot, continue to simmer over low heat, and use a spoon to gently press the tea bag to release the flavor (if there is no first step, just remove the tea bag directly Just put it in the pot and cook), cook until there is a small layer of milk skin and then turn off the heat.

5. Let the milk tea dry for a while, then you can put it into a cup.The temperature of the milk tea has dropped. There will be a thicker layer of milk skin, which can be picked up and discarded with chopsticks or melted directly into milk tea and drank.

6.Really deliciousヽ(⌐■㉨■)ノ♪♬
Tips
1.Be sure to use low heat throughout the process. If the heat is too high, the milk will boil!
2.If you don’t have tea bags, you can use loose black tea, but you need to sieve out the tea roots after cooking.
The ratio of 3.10g is slightly sugary.I don’t like sweetness. If you like it, you can add more.If it’s too sweet, you can add more milk to neutralize it.
