How to make coconut milk sago and taro balls

1.Wash and dice the taro first (it is easy to cook when diced)

2. Boil a pot of boiling water, add 3 handfuls of sago, stir gently, and wait until you see a little white color When the heart is ready, turn off the heat and simmer for about a minute, it will become crystal clear, then take out the sago and soak it in cold water for later use (soaking in cold water will prevent the sago from sticking together)

3. Boil a small pot of water, add the taro balls, stir gently and cook for 3 minutes, then pour out and add cold water Soak in medium for later use (same as sago, to prevent sticking together)

4. Bring water to a boil in a large pot, add taro, boil for 2 minutes, add taro balls and sago, stir gently with a spoon, cook for 3 minutes, pour in coconut milk, stir, and add appropriate amount of sugar. It’s done
