Green onions ( 10g ) | Ginger ( 10g ) |
Garlic ( 10g ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
Chicken Essence ( 5g ) | Sesame oil ( 5 grams ) |
How to make double pepper potato slices

1.Wash and peel potatoes

2.Cut potatoes in half, cut them diagonally so that the cross-section becomes a rhombus, cut into rhombus-shaped slices, and soak in water

3.After soaking the potato slices, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, then remove them and set aside for later use

4. Slice onion, ginger and garlic
