How to make Jinxiu Pork Shreds

1. Cut the pork into medium shreds, add salt, sugar, MSG, starch water and sesame oil, mix well with chopsticks , add raw oil to cover the shredded meat and marinate.

2.Cut the ginger and garlic paste, and cut all the ingredients into medium shreds.

Tips
