Food ingredients
Rice ( 1 bowl ) | Cucumber ( 1 root ) |
Carrot ( 1 root ) | Sausage ( 1 ) |
Eggs ( 2 pieces ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Starch ( 5 grams ) | Water ( 30ml ) |
Chopped green onion ( Some ) | Tomato sauce ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make Omelet Rice

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Wash the cucumber and cut into long slices.

3.Change the knife to cut into strips and then dice.

4. Dice the carrots and cucumbers.

5. Dice the sausage.

6.Crack out the eggs, sprinkle with starch, pour in water and mix thoroughly.

7. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the carrot and stir-fry until it changes color.

8. Pour in diced cucumber and stir-fry twice.

9. Pour in the sausage and stir-fry evenly.

10.Add rice.

11. Stir-fry while compacting.

12.Add salt to taste.

13. Pour a few drops of cooking oil into the pan.

14. Evenly spread.

15. Pour in the egg liquid and rotate the pot to make the egg liquid even.

16. Gently touch the surface of the egg skin with your hands to see if there is moisture but it is basically cooked.Turn off the heat.

17. Pour in the fried rice.

18. Fold it up, pinch the edges tightly, and sprinkle with tomato sauce.

19. Cut and eat.

Always use medium heat but not too high.
