Crayfish ( 800g ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |

How to cook crayfish

1.When you buy crayfish, soak them in water for more than half a day

2.Prepare green onion segments, chopped green onions, and chopped coriander
3.Prepare ginger and garlic slices, dried chili peppers and peppercorns

4.After soaking the crayfish, cut off the shrimp whiskers

7.Put the crayfish in the pot and stir-fry over high heat

14. Remove from pan and plate

Tips
You can also fry the stir-fried crayfish first, but I prefer it directly Dry stir-fry, less oil, healthier and more delicious
