How to stir-fry shredded pork with sauerkraut

1. Prepare ingredients: lean meat, sauerkraut, onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, and coriander.

2. Prepare seasonings: corn starch, cooking wine, salt.

3.Put the sauerkraut into a bowl and soak it in cold water for 1 hour.Remove the salt from the sauerkraut.Remove the smell.

Tips
Soak the sauerkraut for 1 hour to remove the salty taste.
