Recipe for braised pig tail ribs with southern milk and soybeans

1. Wash the pig tails and ribs and put them into the pot, add onion, ginger, Blanch the cooking wine, skim off the foam, wash with cold water and set aside

2. After the pot is hot, add rock sugar and stir-fry, then add pig tail ribs and stir-fry until the sugar color develops

3. Pour in star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, orange peel, peanuts, and pepper

5.Pour in the soybeans soaked overnight, stir-fry evenly; add water to cover the ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, then reduce the juice over high heat

6.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and garnish
Tips
Soak the soybeans at room temperature 20-25℃ for 12 hours.When the temperature is high in summer, it is recommended to soak beans in the refrigerator.
