Ingredients
Minced lean meat (for convenience, it can be pork) ( 1 catty ) | Chopped white onions ( 1-4 cups ) |

Salt ( 1-2 teaspoons ) | Black pepper ( 1-2 teaspoons ) |
Chopped celery ( 2 tablespoons ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Vegetable meat How to make meatballs

1.In a small bowl, Gently stir in the eggs.

2.In a large bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix well.

3. Place pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon oil.Shape mixture into balls.

4.Put the formed meatballs into the skill.Cook, turning once or twice, 2 to 3 minutes, or until lightly browned.The meatballs will not be cooked.
PS: You may need to do this in batches, so add more oil if necessary.
5.Add the meatballs to the wire rack.Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
